LIST OF CONDITIONS FOR MOTORHOME RENTAL RESERVATIONS
- The total amount of the contracted rental must be paid before departure. A deposit will also be required to guarantee the proper use and return of the vehicle, with a minimum amount of €700.00, to be paid by credit card in your name (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
- The minimum reservation for the months of July and August will be 7 days.
- The customer will not be entitled to claim any compensation if, due to force majeure or an unforeseen event, the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed-upon day.
- The driver listed in the reservation must be over 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of experience.
- If the renter, by their own unilateral decision, starts the rental late or ends it early, they will not be entitled to any refund.
- The delivery and return of the vehicle will be made at any of the RENTAL CENTER locations within the national territory, with the understanding that the delivery and return location will be the same, on the agreed days and hours.
- The customer has inspected the vehicle and its facilities before accepting it and proceeding with payment, and acknowledges receiving them to their full satisfaction. Therefore, any breakdown of the vehicle or malfunction of the equipment during the rental will not entitle the customer to any compensation, refund, or discount.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the vehicle for any activity contrary to morality, laws, and good customs. It is expressly prohibited to transport more people than allowed by law, engage in racing, contests, transport goods or objects, whether permitted by our legislation or not, lease the vehicle for a fee or for profit, or cover or remove the company’s logos. Additionally, the renter receives all documentation required by current regulations and is obligated to display it when requested by any official or authority agent.
- The user is responsible for any fines or penalties imposed for violating current regulations, including liability in the event that the vehicle is seized or confiscated due to their fault. The user will also bear the costs and loss of profit for the rental company during the period of the vehicle’s unavailability. A charge of €30.00 will apply for each management or processing of traffic fines.
- Any accident, collision, or damage affecting the vehicle, regardless of its severity, must be reported by the user to the rental company within ten hours of its occurrence, under penalty of being subject to the insurance company's resolution, and the user's liability will extend to any damages the rental company may incur.
- In the event of the vehicle being immobilized due to causes solely attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for any damages arising from the immobilization.
- In the case of a breakdown where the repair cost does not exceed €90.00, the customer may carry out the repair directly without prior authorization from the rental company, and will be reimbursed upon presenting an official invoice. For repairs exceeding €90.00, prior authorization from the rental center's technical service must be requested, and the amount will also be reimbursed upon presenting an official invoice in the name of the rental company.
- The rented vehicle must be returned with the toilet and wastewater tanks properly emptied. If not, the user agrees to pay a fixed fee of €125.00.
- If the customer wishes to extend the vehicle rental beyond the established dates, they must notify the Rental Center at least 3 days before the end of the contract. The eventual confirmation of the extension will be subject to availability at that time, and the rental company does not assume any prior commitment. Unauthorized delays in the return, not due to force majeure, will be penalized with a daily fee three times the amount applied in the contract.
- The vehicle under contract is insured in accordance with the law, with an excess of €700.00 per claim. Therefore, in the event of a claim during the rental period, the customer will bear this amount, which they hereby authorize to be offset, if applicable, against the security deposit. The customer will be solely responsible for any civil liabilities arising from events or circumstances not covered by the policy provided, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
- The security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle has been inspected by the technical service, which will, in the case of damages caused by misuse, determine the amount the customer must pay through a detailed report. The customer authorizes this amount to be deducted from the security deposit. The vehicle inspection is considered complete once internal and external cleaning has been performed. If it is not possible to assess the damages immediately, the rental company will have 30 days to refund the remaining deposit, after deducting the cost of repairs for any damages caused. If the invoice is still pending closure and, consequently, payment for the use of the rented vehicle, penalties, or other charges, the customer authorizes the corresponding amount to be charged to the credit card signed for this purpose.
- In the event of any commercial or other disputes arising in connection with the fulfillment of this contract, the parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, explicitly agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of San Fernando de Henares and expressly waive submitting them to the criteria of the Arbitration Boards for Transport.

To rent a motorhome at Nodes25, you need to be over 25 years old and have at least 3 years of experience with a type B driver's license (the same as for cars). You will also need to present your ID card or passport.

All our motorhomes come with 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of an incident, contact our assistance service and follow the instructions provided.
In Europe, it is allowed to overnight in public parking areas as long as camping activities (such as setting up tables and chairs) are not carried out. There are also specific motorhome areas and campsites with all the necessary amenities.
