- Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Saturdays closed.
CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Although we are closed on Sundays and public holidays, we understand that, on occasion, we need to be flexible with our customer service hours, especially if passengers are arriving by plane, train, or boat. It is possible, and in fact feasible, to arrange motorhome pick-ups or returns on public holidays for an additional cost (subject to availability).
PICK-UPS & RETURNS
Motorhome pick-ups or returns at any Spanish airport are possible with an additional charge. Pick-ups and/or returns at airports in cities other than Madrid or Barcelona:
- Minimum rental of 10 days.
- An additional €500 per trip (Subject to availability).
TRANSFERS BETWEEN LOCATIONS
Free service between branches subject to availability. If there is no availability, an additional charge of €450 per service will apply.
Branches in Madrid and Barcelona. Minimum service between branches is 10 days, for shorter periods please inquire.
RETURNS IN EUROPE
Select the return point on the map and you will be able to view the return fees for that location.
NATIONAL SERVICES
National "One Way" services with return within Spain (except for pick-ups and returns in Madrid and Barcelona) will have a minimum duration of 10 days.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
International "One Way" services with return outside Spain will have a minimum duration of 18 days, preferably outside the high season periods.
CHARGES FOR OUT-OF-HOURS SERVICES
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Delays in pick-ups or returns that require the branch to be open outside of normal working hours, including transfer times to or from airports or other locations, will incur a charge of €100.
To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required.
WAIVERS
In the event that the customer cancels the requested reservation, penalties will be applied to the deposit or advance payment, as indicated in the table.
The customer's failure to appear at the agreed location and time for the start of the service will be considered as a unilateral termination of the contract and the reservation by the customer, with a penalty of 100% of the contracted rental value. This no-show will authorize Nodes25 S.L. to make use of the reserved vehicle, and the customer will not be entitled to any compensation.
- If the cancellation is communicated more than 30 days before the rental begins: 50%.
- If the cancellation is communicated between 30 and 16 days before the rental begins: 80%.
- If the cancellation is communicated less than 16 days before the rental begins: 100%.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
ROUTES & ITINERARIES
In anticipation of damages or defects, a security deposit of €700 must be made using a physical credit card in your name.
We can design a custom itinerary for you. Please provide your starting point, destination, and any intermediate stops or layovers you would like to make.
